The first World Boss that Blizzard has introduced is named Ashava, a gruesome monster with razor-sharp claws elongating from her wrists. ![]() The company explained in the PS Blog that World Bosses are filled with new, challenging monsters designed for multiple Diablo players to take on regardless of their class or playstyle. While such working practices may not bode well for the title, it's a big enough name that players may have their fingers crossed it'll be worth the wait.To commemorate the open beta, Blizzard has revealed its World Bosses. The Washington Post report claimed that many senior developers, with decades of experience, left Blizzard over the course of Diablo 4's development. ![]() Meanwhile, there have been reports that Blizzard apparently incentivised crunch during the game's development and that it required "significant overtime". Diablo 4 is also expected to feature live-service elements such as battle passes, with Blizzard offering an Ultimate Edition for $100.
